The design directs the load to high-strength mounting points on the frame, instead of relying on simple plates that can deform prematurely.

Made from 304 stainless steel with a 28 mm diameter tube and 2 mm thickness, these crash bars benefit from a multi-stage surface treatment (phosphating, electrophoresis, powder coating) for long-lasting corrosion resistance. At the interface with the frame, a nylon sleeve protects the paint and reduces everyday vibrations.

Each side is equipped with a precision-finished machined aluminum slider. In the event of a stationary tip-over or light slide, simply replace the slider without changing the whole assembly. Installation uses exclusively the original mounting points, avoiding removal of major engine bolts: you can install the kit in your garage with confidence.
