CAFE RACER HEADLIGHT FAMILY:
We have classified the headlights into two categories, the classic and the modern.
Classic: The classic headlights are the round headlights with bulbs that we find since several decades on our cafe racer. The installation of this type of headlight allows the cafe racer to keep its vintage, old side.
Modern: The cafe racer headlights called modern are the headlights that will bring a touch of modernity to your bike. It is usually LED and have daytime running lights.
HEADLIGHT SHAPE CAFE RACER:
The headlights cafe racer are available in several forms:
Round: The vast majority of headlights are round, this is the standard shape for a headlight. The round healight can also integrate on a cafe racer fairing.
Triangle: We offer two models of triangle headlights that allow to differentiate. It is popular on bobbers and choppers, no really for a cafe racer.
Double: The double optics provide an enduro or racing look. This shape was found on some motorcycles of the 90s.
TYPE OF LIGHTING :
There are two types of lighting for headlights, cafe racer headlights that use LED technology and bulb headlights. In the headlights with bulbs, we find the headlights with halogen bulbs.
LED: The cafe racer LED headlight brings modernity to the customization and provide a good level of lighting.
Bulbs: The motorcycle cafe racer headlight using conventional bulbs or halogen have proven their effectiveness and ease of use.
TYPE OF HEADLIGHT CAFE RACER :
We have opted to classify the motorcycle cafe racer LED headlights into 4 types:
Eye angel: These LED headlights have a ring of LED light around the central headlight.
Headlight with grids: These headlights have a protective grid on the glass that gives it a style and a baroudeur standing out from the headlights deemed too classic.
Classic headlight : This model is the basic model, round with a glass window and metal shell.
Headlight with LED diurnal: These headlights are based on the philosophy of the Eye Angel headlights but have a different light signature, the projectors and diurnal are different.
Led motorcycle headlights DOT approved: DOT (Department of Transportation) approved LED motorcycle headlights are headlights that have been certified by the DOT to meet the minimum standards for visibility and performance.
Headlights kits: The kit is composed by a headlight and the brackets to install it.
How do I install a cafe racer headlight?
Installing a headlight on a cafe racer can vary depending on the specific make and model of your bike and the type of headlight you use. However, here is a general guide on how to install a headlight on a cafe racer:
Gather the necessary tools and materials: You'll need a basic set of hand tools, such as a wrench, screwdriver and pliers. You will also need any mounting and wiring materials specific to your headlight.
Remove the old headlight (if applicable): If you are replacing an existing headlight, remove it by disconnecting the wiring and undoing the mounting hardware.
Mount the new light: Place the new light where you want it to be mounted and secure it with the mounting hardware and wiring. Make sure the light is secure and level.
Connect the wiring: Connect the headlight wiring, making sure to match the correct wires to the corresponding terminals. If necessary, use a wiring diagram to make sure the connections are correct. If the connection is a standard H4 type, just plug it in.
Test the light: Once the wiring is connected, turn on the ignition and test the light to make sure it is working properly.
Adjust the headlight: Adjust the headlight if necessary.

How do I measure cafe racer headlight mounts?

Measure the distance between the mounting holes: Use a tape measure or ruler to measure the distance between the two holes on the bracket where the headlight will be mounted. This measurement will determine the width of the light that will fit the bracket.
Measure the distance between the bracket and the light: Use a tape measure or ruler to measure the distance between the bracket and the center of the light. This measurement will determine the depth of the light that will fit the bracket.
Measure the diameter of the mounting holes: Use a caliper or drill bit to measure the diameter of the holes on the bracket where the light will be mounted. This measurement will determine the size of the bolts or studs that will be used to mount the light.
Measure the size of the headlight: Measure the headlight, including width, depth and diameter, to help you determine if the headlight will fit the bracket properly.
