    To ensure your complete satisfaction, we've implemented a simple and effective return policy.

    If you've received your item but you're not satisfied with it—no problem. You may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in original condition (unused, clean, complete, undamaged, untampered, and returned in its original packaging).

    If the item does not meet these conditions, the refund may be partially or fully refused, depending on the loss in product value.

    Important: Products exchanged once are not eligible for return.

    Return Process – Just 3 Steps:

    1. Contact us at contact@remmotorcycle.com to notify us of your intention to return the item.
    2. Ship the item to the address we provide by email, and include the completed return form.
    3. Send us the tracking number. Without it, the item will be considered as not returned.

    Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund or provide a discount code within 4–10 business days.

    Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    The returned product must be complete, clean, and in its original box. Any missing or damaged parts will be invoiced.

    You must ship the return within 14 days after receiving the return instructions. Delays beyond this period may result in penalties or refusal of the return.

    Product Received Damaged or Defective?

    Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package at contact@remmotorcycle.com.

    Occasionally, items can be mishandled during shipping. However, many issues can be resolved without needing to return the item.

    To report a damaged or defective item, please include:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue (e.g., broken, faulty)
    • Photos and/or a video showing the problem

    Our technicians will assess the situation and offer a solution. Often, a simple adjustment or tip can resolve the issue.

    Important: Do not open or disassemble the item unless instructed by one of our technicians. Doing so may void your right to a refund or exchange.

    We prioritize finding quick, effective, and environmentally friendly solutions. If no resolution is found, we will replace the item.

    Only our qualified technicians can determine whether a product is defective or not. Their evaluation will determine if a return or replacement is authorized.

    Second-Hand Products

    Please note: All second-hand or refurbished products are sold as is.

    They are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. By purchasing these items, you accept the condition as described in the product listing.

    Didn’t Receive Your Order?

    The customer is responsible for tracking the shipment using the tracking number provided at dispatch.

    If there is an issue, you must first contact the shipping carrier and open a claim. Then, reach out to us at contact@remmotorcycle.com with the following details:

    • Your order number
    • Description of the shipping issue
    • Proof of the claim filed with the carrier

    We will assist you once the claim has been validated by the shipping company.
