This 30 cm LED strip is a universal accessory. Lighting regulations vary by country—review the table below before using the product on public roads.

USA	FMVSS 108 (DOT)	Product is not DOT-marked; off-road / custom use by default. Ensure luminous intensity ≥ 12 cd (tail) & ≥ 80 cd (brake) @ 12.8 V. Several states (CA, TX, WA) ban red sequential indicators—use amber wiring.
Canada	CMVSS 108	Same requirements as USA.
EU / UK	UNECE R6 & R50	Not E-marked; treat as off-road part. Sequential allowed only if indicators are amber and flash per R148 timing.
Australia / NZ	ADR 13/00 & ADR 48/00	Indicators must be amber. Smoked lens must still meet ≥ 4 cd (tail) & ≥ 60 cd (stop) @ 13.2 V.
General Safety	Installation	Lens tint reduces output ≈ 25 %; do not dark-tint further. Use supplied 2 A fuse & 18 AWG wire; seal joints with heat-shrink. Secure strip with 3 M™ VHB tape and two screws or cable-ties.

Max voltage: 14.4 V DC | Ingress rating: IP65 once both ends are sealed with neutral-cure silicone.
