    Installation & Safety Notice — CNC-Billet 6061 T6 Radial-Caliper Bracket Kit
    Triumph Bobber 2017-2025 • 49 mm fork • Fits 100 mm radial calipers (Brembo M50/M40, RXC billet, etc.)

     

    This kit replaces the OEM axial brackets with billet adapters that accept 4-piston 100 mm radial calipers. Brake-system rules, defect-reporting duties and insurance requirements differ worldwide — review the table below before riding on public roads.

    Supply caliper piston area change & master-cyl ratio to engineer.

    Universal Fitting Instructions

    • Support bike securely; remove front wheel & OEM axial calipers.
    • Unbolt OEM brackets from fork legs (2 × M8). Clean threads.
    • Install REMMOTORCYCLE billet brackets with supplied M8 × 35 grade 12.9 bolts; torque 35 N·m (26 lbf·ft) and apply Loctite 243.
    • Mount 100 mm radial calipers; torque caliper bolts to 45 N·m (33 lbf·ft) (Brembo spec).
    • Re-fit wheel, align discs; verify rotor runs central in caliper window (shim if needed).
    • Bleed system; squeeze lever overnight with zip-tie; check for leaks.
    • Bed new pads: 6 × 60→10 mph stops; allow cool-down.
    • After 50 km/30 mi re-torque all bolts and inspect for pad rub.

    Hydraulics & Master-Cylinder Sizing

    • For dual 30/34 mm 4-pot calipers use a 17–19 mm radial master for street feel (Brembo RCS 17). Oversize masters give hard lever & poor modulation.
    • ABS remains functional — lines route exactly as OEM; do not twist hoses.

     

    ⚠️ Incorrect torque, hose routing or mismatched master-cylinder size can cause brake failure, serious injury or death. Professional installation strongly recommended.
