Installation & Safety Notice — Short Aluminum Front Mudguard
Triumph Bobber 2017-2025 • 49 mm fork
This hand-formed guard replaces the OEM front fender to give a classic bobber stance. Because it shortens splash coverage, clearance and spray-suppression rules vary worldwide — review the table below before riding on public roads.

Universal Fitting Instructions
- Support front wheel; remove OEM fender and struts (4 × M6).
- Position new guard with supplied stainless struts; align centrally over tire.
- Install M6 × 20 mm bolts with thread-locker; torque 9 N·m (80 lbf·in).
- Cycle forks fully — guard must not contact tire, hose, or radiator crossover pipe.
- Re-torque fasteners after first 100 km / 60 mi, then every service.
Finishing & Care
- Brushed: wipe with light oil / sealant to slow oxidation.
- Polished: use non-acidic aluminum polish; avoid steel wool.
- Painted: treat as automotive paint; wash with pH-neutral soap.
