Lightweight & ultra-strong skid plate for your off-road adventures
Designed and machined by BVL, this one-piece 4 mm 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum skid plate replaces the stock plastic guard on your CFMOTO 450 MT.
Its CNC-folded ribs and polygonal cut-outs stiffen the whole part while allowing mud, sand and rock debris to drain away.

- Place the bike on its center stand or a lift.
- Remove the stock plate and keep the bolts if needed.
- Position the BVL plate with the supplied spacers, align the holes.
- Tighten using the bolts (torque: 22 N·m).
- Check clearances, then torque to final spec.
Note
Product developed specifically for the 450 MT: no frame or engine modifications required. Raw edges may lighten slightly over time; apply a protective wax to maintain the brushed finish.
