It frees up the swing-arm area, increases ground clearance and delivers a deep growl that flatters the 398 cc single without becoming obnoxious.

Installation (≈ 45 min)

1. Remove the stock muffler and side guard.
2. Fit the high mid-pipe, lightly tighten the clamp.
3. Bolt the muffler bracket to the pillion peg mount, set angle.
4. Slide chosen muffler on, set discs or dB-killer, torque clamps to 25 N·m.
5. Wipe stainless clean before first start to avoid fingerprints.

Note

Black mufflers may show slight handling micro-scratches that disappear after the first heat cycle. Discs or dB-killer supplied for street / track-day tuning.
The exhaust is not road-legal.
